LOCTITE^® 565 is a white, one-part pipe sealant that provides instant seal for air pressure testing. It is designed for locking and sealing of tapered metal pipe threads and fittings. As anaerobic-curing thread sealant paste cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It is resistant to most industrial fluids, and withstands continuous temperatures to 300°F, intermittent to 375°F. Controlled torque strength for easy disassembly. Low odor.
